happy birthday to YOU

Hello!  I needed to make a birthday card for this weekend.  CAS-ual Fridays challenge for this week was to make a card celebrating something, we are celebrating my nephews 3rd birthday.  I started out with CTMH kraft paper and stamped the birds in Versafine Onyx Black ink and clear embossed them.  I then colored them in with some Stampin Up Watercolor pencils, I've always liked the look of colored pencils on kraft.  I stamped the sentiment from All About You and added some silver sequins, then made the stitching line with a Jelly Roll pen.  I wanted to add a strip of color and found the perfect thing in my stash.  Thanks for stopping by!
