Celebrate

Hi!  Another card today, this one for CAS(E) This Sketch.  I got my Stamp of Approval kit from Catherine Pooler earlier this week, so of course I used the Harleen stencil.  I used Twisted Citron and Blueprint Sketch distress Inks.  The hat and sentiment are from an old cheap set from Michaels.
