Tammy, your watercolor card is DELIGHTFUL!! I think it's a SUCCESS! I love your tone tone stamping for the background and the way you colored the background for the image is fabulous! So glad that you link up to the first Virginia's View Challenge. Hope to see more of your lovely work!
