Birthday Wishes

Hi!  I have a card for Seize the Birthday and The Paper Players.  My silver dotted card base is from a card pack from Hobby Lobby.  My striped paper is from Echo Park.  I added strips of white and blue cardstock.  The sentiment is from Close To My Heart.  Lastly I added a strip of sparkly stars.  Thanks for stopping by!
